During the summer holidays, without the distraction of school, internet usage for many young people can increase all the way up to September. The attached guide is designed to help parents with a realistic approach to help keep your children safe when using the internet, social media and playing online games.
The Active Communities Team at East Riding of Yorkshire Council are sharing an exciting opportunity for your child and family this summer. They are thrilled to announce their Active Coast Summer Programme, offering a diverse range of engaging activities designed to keep children active and entertained throughout the six-week holidays. Many of these sessions are free of charge, with some available at a discounted rate. Additionally, they have Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) places available on some of the sessions for children who receive free school meals, ensuring they can participate at no cost.
For detailed information on the sessions, aswell as dates, locations, costs, and booking information please visit our website: www.activecoast.org and navigate to the "What's On" section. Please also see the attached leaflet with more details.
