Our school ambassadors enjoyed a very special morning yesterday...
Yesterday, our dedicated Religion and Worldviews ambassadors were fortunate enough to visit the Ne’ve Shalom reform synagogue in Willerby.
Ian Sugarman (a valued member of the synagogue) explained all about the different types of Judaism and showed them a range of interesting artefacts including two special Torah scrolls from holocaust affected communities.
The children found this visit fascinating and were keen to get back to school to pass on their learning to their year groups!
