• Spelling Bee
  Following our spelling bee this week, our winners received their £5 gift voucher in assembly.
• Cycle4Life
  Four of our Year 6 children (and two members of staff) took on the challenge of cycling 18 miles from Driffield to Beverley yesterday, as part of Cycle4LifePH.
• Well Done Y6
  Well done to our year 6s who have completed their statutory tests this week. You have worked so hard, and we are all proud of the way you gave your best each day.
• Y3 Visit
  Year 3 have had an amazing time at Murton Park learning all about life during prehistoric times. The children had a go at lots of different activities that our ancient ancestors would have had to carry out in order to survive and thrive.
• Y4 Visit The Deep
  Year 4 had a fantastic time on their rearranged trip to the deep. The children learned all about classification of animals, building on the learning they have done in science lessons.

• Girls Football
  Having being crowned Humber Champions in December, on Saturday 28th April, the Driffield Girls Football Team travelled to Nottingham to take part in the ESFA Under 11 Girls 7-a-side Cup, Midlands Regional Finals.
• Go run for Fun
  Our children at the Go Run for Fun event.
• Walk to School Week
  On Monday, lots of DJS families enjoyed a hot chocolate and a biscuit on their walk to school to celebrate the start of 'Walk to School Week'.
